He has over 30 years experience in change management, business process improvement, quality management and laboratory management systems in technology and service organisations.

He combines a rigorously analytical approach and technical expertise with a broad knowledge of best practice in business management.

Trefor Mitchell obtained a degree in Physics at Manchester University. Since then he worked for over twenty five years in high technology international industry.

He gained experience of defining and developing processes and establishing quality programmes in a wide range of business activities, including technical, commercial, financial and administrative functions.

These skills have been applied to projects in technology, instrumentation, laboratory, biotech and pharmaceutical industries.
